Facebook requires you to have an Instagram Business Account connected to a Facebook Page to enable the autopost function in Apphi.

We know it can be confusing, basically, there are two requirements:

This guide will teach you how to connect your IG business account to a Facebook page.

Note: If your Instagram account is a creator account or personal account, you can follow instructions here to convert it to an IG Business Account.

Go to www.facebook.com and navigate to the list of pages you have access to (or click this link). Click on the page that you'll associate with your Instagram account.

Important: You must be an Admin on the Facebook page you're associating to your Instagram business account.

Once you're on your page, click Settings on the left sidebar

Click Instagram on the left sidebar and click Connect Account.

Enter your Instagram username and password, then click Log In.

You'll see a pop-up window prompting you to set up your Instagram business account. This is required to enable the autopost function at Apphi. Follow the on-screen instructions, ensuring you enter your contact info, and then click Done.

You are all set up! You can now go to your Instagram app to check the connection status.
